We’re Jaki and Ashley, the women behind Grocer’s Daughter — a Charleston-based wholesale bakery built around good food, good relationships and the hospitality businesses that bring our city together.

Grocer’s Daughter began its next chapter when we took over a beloved local bakery formerly known as Little Peanut. The name may have changed, but we knew there were things worth holding onto: tried-and-true recipes, longtime customers and a reputation for baked goods people genuinely looked forward to.

So we kept what worked and built from there.

Today, Grocer’s Daughter supplies handmade baked goods to coffee shops, hotels, caterers and hospitality partners throughout the Charleston area.

As two moms and business owners, we know a thing or two about having a lot on your plate. Our goal is to make one part of running your business a little easier: consistently great baked goods, made locally and ready when you need them.
